... that day


i decided to give him back his freedom.,
i do love him.,
there's no question to that.,
but what am i to do.,

the uncertainty is so certain.,
that it's starting to blur.,
the illusion of our Future.,
our Future together.,


now standing in this crossroad.,
i am saying goodbye.,
now it's time for us to walk.,
walk our separate way.,

though he tries to hold on.,
hold on to me.,
the me who is slowly fading.,
fading away from him.,


the silent painful tears.,
that we try  to hide.,
hide from each other.,
now starting to freely flow.,


looking at those eyes.,
questions need not to ask.,
but waiting to be answered.,
"Why??., Why are you doing this??!!".,

 
with a bittersweet smiile.,
this foolish heart secretly replied.,
"because of Love.,
my selfishly unselfish Love".,


which is giving you a chance.,
a chance to be happy.,
to find the happiness.,
happiness you deserve.,
